CAFFEINE CAPS

  • Caffeine for improved performance
  • Ideally dosable
  • Easily digestible
Packaging Unit: Can (90 pce.)

CAFFEINE CAPS by SPONSER® provide 50mg of free-form caffeine per capsule. Therefore, they are ideally suited for individual caffeine dosage during exercise and especially for people with sensitive stomachs. Thanks to the gastric acid-resistant CAFFEINE CAPS, the caffeine is only released in the intestine and thus minimises potential tolerance problems.

The caffeine content of one capsule CAFFEINE CAPS corresponds approximately to that of half an espresso or coffee. We recommend the use of CAFFEINE CAPS especially for longer endurance activities (3h or more), when caffeine is better taken in small amounts (50-100mg or 1-2 capsules) due to increased stomach stress and susceptibility).

For shorter efforts up to 3h total duration, we recommend the use of ACTIVATOR as a caffeine booster. With its 200 mg caffeine per shot, it is suitable to reach the recommended dosage of 3-4 mg caffeine per kg body weight. Ideal intake 30-60 min before desired time of effect.

Effects of caffeine
Caffeine increases concentration, alertness and attention and helps to improve endurance performance. However, the individual effect of caffeine also depends on genetic predisposition. The COFFEGEN DNA test permits to find out how much caffeine is needed and what the optimal timing is to achieve best efficacy. In sports, athletes rely on the performance-enhancing effects of caffeine since many years, and the efficacy has been proven in numerous studies. Caffeine is therefore listed as a so-called A-supplement (most effective supplement category) by the Swiss Sports Nutrition Society (ssns.ch).
